My login attempts fail. What can I do?

To login into the MS-EZpay.com system you need two pieces of information from your utility bill: the account number and the street name of the service address. You will also need to select the correct city or utility company from the drop down list. When entering the service address street name enter just the name; you don't have to enter 'Street' or 'St' or 'Road', etc. If you still are unable to log into MS-EZPay.com, please call your utility company to verify the information.

What is my Service Address Street Name?

This information can be obtained from your utility bill. All that is required is the street name. 'Street', 'St', 'Road', 'Rd' is not required. Note: This could be different than your mailing address street name. Please use the service address street name.

Is it safe to pay my utility bill online?

MS-EZpay.com uses VeriSign for encryption. We take your information and payment security extremely seriously. Using MS-EZPay.com, your information is encrypted and secure from beginning to end.

What is the "Convenience fee" added to my transaction total?

This fee is not assessed by the utility service or municipality. This fee covers the cost of credit card fees, maintaining the web site and the technical and payment interface with the municipality or utility company.

How can I be sure my payment was received?

After MS-EZPay.com processes your payment, and the charge is approved by the credit card processor, an email will be sent to the email address you provide on the checkout screen. We recommend that you save this email for future reference.

If I pay online, how soon does the city or utility company get notified?

Once the payment is approved, the city or utility company has the ability to see the approval instantly. Depending on the time of the transaction, they will have receipt of your information the following business day.
